Was up against a situation with my roof and my insurance company last year. It started in the winter was when I received a letter from my insurance company threatening to drop my insurance if I didn't replace my roof. Huh??? In the middle of Pennsylvania weather? Really? I had work done and repaired problem areas which fixed my problem, however it was not sufficient for the company considering if any problem occurred, they would have to cover, right? Ok, so in search of a contractor i did. I received 2 quotes that were completely out of my financial range at that time. He also instructed me in the process of communicating with the insurance company. By sending the signed contractorurl agreement to have the work done. Needless to say, the work is completed in a timely way and all parties are satisfied, including myself and my home. Work done per contract in a timely manner. Great insight into solutions to fix issues presented. Everything looked great upon completion, didn’t leave a mess, couldn’t tell anyone was there once they finished.

Fine workmanship and highly satisfying results: replaced 1/3 garage floor, two story brick pointing and restoring brick arch over garage door. Excellent clean up. Sealing concrete remains however to be completed. Paid in full.

Joseph Little and crew were contracted to rebuild my fallen lintel in our almost 100 year old brick home in Mt Lebanon. Joseph was on time for the estimate date. Estimate was agreed to and they worked with me as I was traveling out of state for a few weeks. Immediately upon returning home Joseph set a firm date for the rebuild. Crew was on time, curtious, explained the process and began working immediately. The mortar had to be color matched and Charlie did a fabulous job matching the reddish color. Beautiful job, great craftsmanship, and all business aspects AAAAA+ will not hesitate to contract again if needed.

Joe added a stone front to our house. He found the exact stone we were looking for. The installation was perfect and clean up was excellent. Our job took a little longer than expected, but that was mostly do weather for the masonry work.

Great service for a great price, which was comparable with the 2 other estimates. Was able to do some late notice changes. He and his team were very talented in many areas. Everyone cleaned up after everything.

Joseph’s Little Home Improvements did a wonderful job on my home. I needed my porch roof repaired, including new shingles, a new ceiling, and new bracing. I needed the work done asap and Joe helped with the repairs in a very timely manner. Then he helped pointing my bricks and replacing a basement window with a new block window. He did additional brick and cement work. He completed all the work I needed in a few weeks, answered all of my questions and was friendly and respectful.
